Elima Designs provide design-build services for residential, commercial, and custom build projects.

Saima Seyar, Principal, Elima Designs, is an award-winning, registered interior designer. She has designed distinctive interiors for residential, commercial, and custom-build projects since 1998 throughout the United States and Internationally. Inspired by her travels around the world, she manifests her clients’ needs and individual style into timeless spaces. Her design-build services begin from discovery to concept, to a well-designed interior that speaks of its dwellers, is aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Her passion for unique and tasteful design is exhibited in every detail of her work.
 
As a design leader, Saima has served as Past-President of ASID TXGC and CST for ASID National HeadQuarters. Her prowess in design has led her to speak at numerous events. Her lectures range from luxury product knowledge to organizing a show house. Saima is also a member of the prestigious Design Council for Thermador.
 
Saima skillfully creates unpredictable combinations of patterns, textures, and materials to create exceptional interiors that compliment her clients’ style. 
 

Believing in the impact that design has on lives, Saima extends her expertise in supporting and transforming non-profit organizations such as Houston Furniture Bank and Indus Arts Council. Her transformations extend beyond interior spaces. She reshapes human experiences through philanthropy, arts, and culture. She’s an avid supporter of the International Family Education Foundation. As DIVAS, she’s been a member of the buildout committee for Houston Furniture Bank. It’s a charity that provides furniture to underserved communities in Houston. She has assisted with their “No Kids on the Floor” project in partnership with BakerRipley and Northwest Assistance Ministries, to provide mattresses to children in need.
